I like the combination of symmetry, circles and contrast in colors. Great experiment and good work! I would like a small frame to extract the dark edge of the picture from the background.

Hi Judit.

I really liked this picture, and the other versions too.

Beautiful architecture with a touch of elegance,
very well photographed by you.

Beatiful symmetri. You have done very well with the after work. The small details as setting them together without things getting wrong. I like your last picture much, keep going and give me some more nice symmetri. :-)

Knife sharp geometric impression, and seemingly perfect symmetry.
But not quite.
The smaller decorations are all aligned with the two main axes (pl. of axis??) of symmetry, but the larger are not. They are rotated compared to these axes. However, they are symmetric about the axes of the next order of symmetry, but then the smaller are not. Sligthly annoying.
Intentionally or not? I cannot tell, but since the rest of the world is not perfect, why should this be?

What a great little experiment you've put together beautifully here, nice work indeed!

Thank you very much for the great comments :)

Torbjørn: I created a frame around the picture and hope you like it :)

Odd Tore: You are a hawk-eyed person :) This picture doesn't have perfect symmetry at all. Intentionally :) You are right; no one and nothing is perfect in the world. Yes, plural of axis = axes :)

God morgen Judit :-)

Version #1 for me. I like the colurs and the finnish with the different sizes against the black background. In facts it reminds me a bit about some Christmas decorations :-)
Nice ligth and colours, very elegant in fact. The composition is great. Interesting to see the changes from the original to the different versions.

I think I will take a look at this place next time I visit Budapest :-)

Thank you Jan Frode :) I am sure you will like the building both inside and outside. The restaurant of the hotel is very beautiful too - it has a real late 19th century atmosphere with great furniture.

Ha en fin kveld!

Hi Judith! Simply, but excellent way to show a symmetric picture. Pleasant lines, compo very nice. The circles i yellow tones provide a very good contrast against the black. Excellent work!
