Agree with Lena Beate about the light - the appeal of the face is out of any reasonable question - and when playing around with the different background version's it is getting clear to me that almost everything works well together - except the highest part - to me this kind of framing which works the same moment as cropping is too harsh and takes away too much attention from the face - instead of bringing t down to it - and since I look at this posting as a clear fashion - glamour setting, I think that it goes a bit against the main subject of the image.
Nice are the details in the background - not because of them - but because the light creates a nice depth here.
