looks like a happy couple - surely a nice image for the two people pictured.
For the ones who do not know them the image does not have so much to offer.
A good pose - which is probably not a pose - but well seen and captured by you - a nice range of S/H tones - the image makes a good impression.
Not much of issue-helping composition - and it is very tight cropped - I guess because the rest of the image was more disturbing than helping - still, when looking on it, especially without any specific interest in the pictured person's - it appears as too tight to me.
Nevertheless - I think the image deserves some credits - because it is a good and expressive moment - which is a good starting point - in my view.
