There is a lot of potential in this image - actually loaded ! - But I'm not really sure what your position in this setting was - it almost seems that you just were able to snap a few shots of a scene by passing by ?
The unusual interaction between person and water cascade from the fountain creates some attention - while the ''observer'' in the background is not really disturbing - but taking away some attention, toning the image in a different way. A concentration, closer image of the girl ''styling'' her hair would have delivered in my opinion a much stronger result.
I think it is good as S/H, even though the range in the tones doesn't offer too much concrete contrast, probably related to harsh light.
But the main mood in the image is very likeable - of course the element water makes comes along with this feeling of '' fresh, fun, playful '' etc. - something reminds me to the kind of more interesting lifestyle/fashion images.
