Fint bilde. Jeg vet ikke hvordan du har fått dette til, men bra er det gjort.
Et slikt bilde er det man kan finne i et moderne minimalistisk hjem.

This is an exceptional architecture, very well photographed by you,
a beautiful bluetone on the heaven behind.

One of your better ones. Love the x the motif forms. very nice balance and color. Good job!

At a first glimpse, this looked like a more stylish version of the lower V of the Citroën logo, turned 90 degrees and mirrored on a beautiful blue car paint. The structure is much more interesting than the plain chromed surface of the standard logo.
Of course I immediately recognized that this image was in no way related to Citroën, but to a piece of rather unusual architecture.
Since your photo is a picture of someone else's art, the question of plagiarism comes to mind. In my opinion you have added so much of your personal perception to this picture that it must be considered as yours. I have also checked out the architect's photos of the same building, and find them to be more like renderings, and surprisingly less inspired than the architecture.
A most decorative photo, and a stylish and innovative way of dealing with this often photographed building.

Thank you very much for all nice comments! Inger Anne, O, Knut, Stine I appreciate your nice words very much!
Birgit: I used Photoshop only for making a useful crop from the original, for rotating it vertically and horizontally and finally I created a new layer to put the four pieces on it.
Kristoffer: ''Just'' thank you!
Odd Tore: I always enjoy your associations and I like that you give some more thoughts to the original meaning.
I also appreciate your comments, of course.
I have a documentary film about the construction work of Turning Torso. Because I saw it a couple of months ago, I will watch it again and will post the most important information here this weekend.

Hei Espen :)
I took part in an international conference in Ålesund (close to Molde! I almost could see you from there) in the last ten days, so that's way I wasn't active at fotoDOTno. It makes me happy that you like my new photo, and yes, this is my first work taking with my new camera what I have posted here.
Thank you for your nice comment :)
Ha en god natt!

The building is based on Santiago Calatravas sculpture what has 54 floors (190 m high) and turns 90°.
The 400-square meter central part was made with the aid of an automatic climbing structure.
1 team (25 workers) built one storey of the main structure weekly in 80 hours.
1 week of work was followed by 1 week off.
When the wind speed was over 22 m/sec (~80 km/h), the construction was paused.
The maximum swing of the building is around 50 cms.
An average apartment in it is around 6 million Norwegian kroner.
And special thanks for Gunnar and Leif for 'anbefalingen'.

Thank you Daniel and Jan Frode; I appreciate your kind words very much!
Daniel: I hope you have enough time to wait for next pictures of my trip :) Firstly I need to write the final report about the conference where I took part. Although I have my autumnal holiday this week, I am busy with booking airplane-tickets for my next official trips and with other administrative works. So, it's easier to write comments about good photos ;) than to come out with my own new works :)
Ha en fin dag i Krokelvdalen og i Trondheim også! :)
