Since the 1980s the conflict in Liberia has driven half a million people away from their homes, into an existence as refugees. Many of them live in camps like this one in Salala, outside the capital Monrovia. Living conditions are harsh, though getting water and food, the minimum security leaves little justice to the voulnerable children. Hope is that one day within a two year period, most of the people living in these camps will have been relocated to the places they belong.
