this was one of my first makros I made it summer 2008. I used a reversering on the standard 18 - 55mm lens. hand-held.
it was full of sensor dirt, at this time i had no idea, that is important to clean the sensor. It needed a couple of hours to remove all the sensor dirt from the picture.

Good picture of the fly.
Well located focus point, nice colour and back ground. Plus for water drops.
In my opinion is DOF a bit to limited.

thanks for the comment! the DOF is so limited because I can't adjust the F-number with the reverse-ring. and at these time I had no idea, that I can adjust the F-number bevore I using the kit lens as a makro. thank you again for this positive critique!
