What is different in your image from most others you can see around the same subject - is the small cup standing in front of her.
This cup, with the image within your photo is to my mind offering a great option to get something much more attention seeking into your photo.
Different perspective ( lower ) less fear from not showing enough ( less is sometimes more ) could have delivered a real winning image here. Think about a main focus of hands and cup - with the black-dressed body on the pavement just offering the background, theme of the photo - but one strong message is to find in these two elements. Closer, concentrated and intimate it should be in order to stand out - in my mind.
