A bit undecided about this one but in the end I like the setting or composition of the image.
The very straight and centred entrance into the scene and the very formal rectangular elements due to the specific architecture of the location and in between this chaotic, spontaneous moving spot the jumper.
There is a nice element of visual expectation the moment when he is hitting the surface of the water looking at this you almost can hear the sound of splashing water the typical smell is very present.
While I have no idea from where you took the idea of the lightening, exposure of the photo to me it looks like an unusual, but also very effective one which did get very clear when I was trying to see this scene in a regular colour full exposed photo it would have lost all its dramatic and would need to get its power simply from the move of the jumper while this has much more impact, isolating one moment, and presenting this one like in a theatre.
Its quite impressive what you were able to get out of this.
