The light is beautiful - and the tight and close crop gives a intimate feeling - again repeating the theme close and warm.
I have to admit that the unsharp hair does irritate me a little, not because every photo has to be sharp - but since the colour and light of the hair is really delivering the ground here - it seems not really logic in the sense of composition to me.
The shirt is partly overexposed - which I think is just fine - it is the way it is when opening the eyes in the morning on a sunny summer day.

As said before - I like the picture - it has a sympathic and warm tone in it.
