First Friday Exhibition With Tor S Ulstein

Uncertain States Scandinavia present "First Friday Exhibition" with Tor S Ulstein.

Photography is a way for me to collect and store memories. I often don´t have a big agenda when taking photographs nor a deeper meaning behind it beside the joy of taking a photograph. I make som rules that are not too complicated, just to make it more interesting in the sense of taking the photograph. What I collect is objects that I find interesting and I view them differently when I am using my camera, they become sculptures as it were ”individuals” that I portrait. I often get drawn to the ugliness, abandoned or abnormal, but the same time what is beautiful and calm.

Tor S Ulstein (b. 1988) is an art/documentary photographer from Oslo. He has a Bachelor degree in Fine Art Photography from Sir John Cass Faculty, London.

Tor S Ulstein (f. 1988) er en kunst/dokumentar-fotograf fra Oslo. Han har en bachelor i kunstfotografi fra Sir John Cass Faculty, London.

Dette er en pop-up utstilling hvor det er vernissage og utstilling på fredag 7. april kl19.00 - 22.00.

Hver første fredag i måneden arrangerer vi en pop-up utstilling i Oslo. Dette er "First Friday Exhibition" nummer 7 i rekken.
